Saturday's from 8:30 am – 9:15 am with Yoga Instructor, Anna Krasavsev

The methodical system used for the movements in this class incorporates well-known strength and flexibility yoga techniques. The system's high efficiency lies in the exercise selection as well as in the optimal method of sequencing.

You will enjoy maximum efficiency and safety in minimal time! This 45 minute class will be held on Saturday mornings in The Fitness Edge studio. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blocks, however, it is not necessary.

 

$35 per session / 6+ session package - $30 per session

Anna is a certified Yoga23 instructor with 10 years of experience.

TOUGH MUDDER

Tough Mudder events are hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie.

Tough Mudder is a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project. To date, participants have raised more than $2.5 million to support thousands of warriors returning from the battlefield. These funds go toward providing combat stress recovery programs, adaptive sports programs, benefits counseling and employment services that aid in these brave Americans' transition to civilian life. Tough Mudder encourages participants to raise money for the WWP by giving a $25 refund to anyone who raises more than $150.

GROUP TRAINING DAYS AND TIMES

This 50 minute session will go strong from start to stop! Then we will finish with a 10 minute stretch session to cool down. Minimum of 3 people per session.

Mud Warrior Group Training Prices:
Single session - $35 plus tax, 5 sessions - $30 per session plus tax, 10 sessions - $25 per session plus tax
